Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

By creating a TableQR account or using the TableQR platform you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TableQR on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
2. The service
TableQR provides tools for restaurants to create, translate, and publish digital menus accessible via QR codes, and to manage locations, teams, and related analytics. We may add, change, or remove features as the platform evolves.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk.
4. Your content
Menus, images, and other content you upload remain yours. You grant TableQR a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate the service, including serving your public menu pages to your guests.
5. Privacy — data we collect
We collect the data you provide when registering (name, email), content you create in the console, and technical data required to run and secure the service (such as log and device information). We do not sell your personal data.
6. How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and improve the service, to secure accounts, to communicate service updates, and to meet legal obligations. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the product.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed except where retention is required by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the console before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
